Gym

The gym is open from 0730 to 2200 Monday to Friday and 0800 to 2200 Saturdays & Sundays

Lee on the Solent Tennis, Squash & Fitness Club offers a fully equipped modern air conditioned gymnasium with state of the art resistance and cardiovascular machines.

There is a well equipped, separate free weight area. A full induction is provided for all new members, at a time to suit you, as well as regular gym clinics where you can meet the staff and ask questions.

The Club offers personal programmes & personal training packages provided by a fully qualified advanced personal trainer; these packages include nutrition and weight management and full body analysis.

 

Studio

Our fully equipped Studio (Studio E), is available offering something for everyone.
The Studio boasts over 20 Classes per week including:

Body Pump
Pilates
Circuits
Yoga
Zumba 

Please call into the club for a timetable.
 

  • For members who have All Inclusive and Gym & Classes memberships, classes are included and bookings are  available 14 days in advance.
  • Members in all other membership categories may book 8 days in advance. Cost £4 per class
  • Non members may book 7 days in advance. Cost £6 per class

Staff Profile

Dena Challis

Director of Fitness

Previously a Senior Manager in Financial Services with 25 years experience working for American Express, Lloyds TSB and Affinion International and predominately based in Brighton until moving to this area in 2003.

Qualified as a Gym Instructor in 2007 and subsequently qualified as an Advanced Personal Trainer which incorporates a licence to teach Pilates, Nutrition and Weight Management, Body Pump, Boxercise and Circuit training.

Joined LOST Club in March 2008 and have developed a suite of 20 Exercise Classes a week including a Loyalty Scheme for Members. As well as ensuring the Gym is run smoothly I also provide Personal Training and Body Analysis tailored to individual requirements.
