If required, a full programme or personal training package to suit the individual's need can be booked with our Fitness Director, Dena Challis (fully qualified Advanced Personal Trainer) to help reach a goal for health reasons or a special event.
For your safety, we ensure that all members who wish to use the gym go through a thorough induction programme with Dena or one of her team. This is necessary to ensure that everyone is aware of how to safely use both the cardiovascular and resistance machines.
