BACK TO THE STUDIO - Classes return

We are so pleased to say that we will be reopening the Fitness Studio on Monday 17th May for a very welcome return to the studio.
Check the web site & facebook for our new interim timetable with the plan to increase classes as we move through to the end of June and the lifting of restrictions.


Say a HUGE welcome back to Betsy, Grace, Mel & Lisa and some new Instructors coming your way very soon.


What classes are on offer?
Mondays
TRAIN, REST, REPEAT with Betsy at 9am

Body Conditioning with Grace at 9:15am
Pilates with Grace at 10:30am

How do you book?
Online booking is available now to members. Members can purchase a single Class Pass for £5, 5 Class Pass for £23, 10 Class Pass for £45. Purchase over the phone or at Reception where we will be happy to help with pass purchase or booking. Only 6 spaces per class in this first stage so don't miss your spot.

**Beginners Yoga 6 week course with Betsy Schrader
If the past year has taught us anything, it's how priceless it is to look after our mental and physical health.
Would you like to transform your health and wellness with yoga?
Maybe you're not sure what Yoga is?
Yoga is a great way to take care of your physical and mental health and has so many wonderful benefits to gain. Whether you are looking to compliment your sport with some maintenance stretches, relieve stress and anxiety, recover from an injury or learn a new way to move, this course is for you. 
In this 'Yoga for Beginners' course you will learn basic yoga poses and sequences to improve your strength, flexibility, balance and general fitness. You will also learn how to control your nervous system with breathing techniques to manage stress and boost energy. This is the perfect course for someone who has never practiced yoga before or is looking for a gentle introduction back to your yoga practice. Everybody is welcome so come as you are and move, breath and learn in a supportive environment. - BetsyThursday 6-7pm - 6 week course £30 (members) £35 (non members)
