This Pilates class will offer progression from a standard Mat-Based Pilates class sometimes using weights, resistance bands, foam rollers and much more to really challenge the body in different ways. Focusing on functional fitness, flexibility, mobility and strength you will really feel the benefits of this great workout.

STRENGTH & TONE

A full-body workout designed to help you build strength, improve muscle tone and feel stronger in everyday life. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance bands and light weights, this class focuses on controlled, effective movements to strengthen your arms, legs, core and glutes. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options offered throughout, you’ll work at your own pace in a supportive and encouraging environment. Expect to leave feeling stronger, energised and accomplished.

A fun, feel-good workout set to fantastic music that will have you smiling from start to finish! This easy-to-follow cardio dance class combines simple routines with upbeat tunes to get your heart pumping and your energy soaring. No complicated choreography — just enjoyable moves that keep you moving and burning calories without even realising you’re exercising. Suitable for all levels, with low-impact options provided. Come along, have a laugh, and dance your way to fitness!

A full-body workout designed to challenge and energise you! Moving around a series of timed exercise stations, you’ll work on strength, cardio and core fitness in one efficient session. Each station targets a different muscle group, keeping the class varied, motivating and never boring. Work at your own pace, with options provided for all fitness levels. Supportive, friendly and effective — you’ll leave feeling strong and accomplished.

YOGA FOR MEN
SARAH MAJOR

Tailored specifically to men, this is an ideal class for anyone who plays sports such as tennis, golf, sailing and cycling which can leave muscles feeling tight. In this class you will learn breathing techniques to help you manage stress, improve sleep and increase energy. In yoga we connect movement and breath and practice yoga poses designed to help increase your flexibility, balance, mobility and strength. Each week we will focus on a different muscle group with extra attention on stretching the back and shoulders which are often particularly tight in men. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, manage back pain, de stress or enhance physical performance this class will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and stress free.
LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

This is a low impact workout that allows you to tone up, firm up and burn fat from your stomach, hips, thighs and bottom. It will help you strengthen your core and improve your overall fitness. Using free/ body weight you will work through a sequence of movements focusing on these sometimes stubborn areas!

A balanced class designed to improve flexibility while gently building strength. Combining controlled strengthening exercises with focused stretching, this session helps improve posture, mobility and overall muscle tone. You’ll work on key areas such as the core, hips, back and shoulders, before easing into longer stretches to release tension and restore length to the muscles. Perfect for improving everyday movement, reducing stiffness and leaving you feeling stronger, longer and more relaxed. Suitable for all levels.
