We are pleased to announce that we have appointed Gary Waughman and the Premier Tennis Team to the coaching programme at Lee on the Solent Tennis, Squash & Fitness Club.
Gary is an experienced level 4 coach and has a team of coaches who will work with us to continue with our existing tennis program and look at exciting and innovative ways to drive tennis forward. Meet the team below ↓

"My team and I are excited to have been chosen to run the Tennis Coaching Program. To be given the opportunity to continue the great work Matt has achieved during his time at LEE ON THE SOLENT TENNIS,SQUASH AND FITNESS CLUB is a great honour for us. He has left a fantastic platform which will allow us to maintain the current program on offer and then develop and implement some of our ideas/programs that we feel will be a huge benefit to Members and prospective new ones.

Adult Drills and Skills
Always wanted a killer topspin forehand or a slice a pro would be proud of? This high energy session is designed to offer a high volume of hitting opportunities to fine tune lost skills or develop new ones. More technical than tactical, this weekly session explores a range of shots and helps further equip you for when you next battle it out on court.

This session is part of our Performance Pragram at the Club.
Players that attend any of our Performance Squads will use this session as part of their fitness weekly program.
